Under The Spotlight: Atlanta's Premier Music Festival, One Musicfest, Lives Up to the Hype

In a city known for its rich musical heritage, Atlanta played host to one of the year's most anticipated music festivals: ONE Musicfest. The 2023 ONE Musicfest took Atlanta on an unforgettable journey through the illustrious history of hip-hop with its "50 Years of Hip Hop Celebration." Hosted sets by the legendary Ed Lover, Greg Street and DJ Drama the festival paid homage to the genre's rich legacy. The stage was set on fire by electrifying performances from hip-hop icons Mr. Cheeks, Black Sheep, Nice N Smooth, and Brand Nubian, who transported the audience back in time with their timeless hits. The South definitely had something to say with performances by Killer Mike, Goodie Mobb, Eighball and MJG and more. DJ Drama brought out his star studded friends such as 2 Chainz, T.I. Waka Flocka, and Too $hort. The crowd was left in awe as the beats, rhymes, and vibes of the past five decades of hip-hop came to life, making it a night that will be cherished by hip-hop enthusiasts for years to come.
